Unlike large breeds, they are calm most of the time. Although they have low energy level it is always best to make sure that your dogs are also prepared to be nannies to your kids. It is important to know if they can be reliable for kids or not by slowly introducing them to other kids.
Dogs are known to be of great companion to humans, however it is still the responsibility of the owner to make sure that their kids and dogs are both safe with one another.
